Glutard

Life happens when you are sitting around on a Sunday night watching the Giants game. It jumps up out of no where and rearranges your short term life plans. That is just what happened last night, we were presented with a game changer. Everything will be ok and all the peices will rearange themselves in ways that our little household will make it work but last night did make me appreciate all those small little joys I have in my life. 

It is no secret there have been a lot of changes in my life in the past month. A new city. A new apartment. Finishing my Masters. A chance to draw out a new direction by finding a new job. I am surrounded by a lot of good. Moreover, I spend my days surrounded by talent minds that reach for their dreams. I am constantly inspired by them. It is because of them that I can’t shake this feeling that this game changer is a actually a good omen. In fact, I woke up this morning bright eyed and cheery.  

I spent a lazy morning with the boy and then headed to the gym. It was another day of 4 easy miles. I am hoping that by starting Mondays with an easy run I can stick to my running schedule better since last week I did not stick to the plan. 

4 miles : 9.15 pace followed by some planks! 

Right now, I am trying out a new gluten free cake mix. I added some yogurt, baileys and coco chips. :) I’ll let you know how it goes.
